Ryder Cup Package Experiences
When you book a Ryder Cup package, you will build your own experience and have the option to choose how to spend each of your days. Choose how many days you’ll attend the tournament and how you wish to experience Rome. It’s your trip…so you get to experience your bucket list trip your way! Some of our guests will want to attend the tournament all three days (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), and others will want to experience a nice mix of culture, flavors, sites, and golf.

Best of Rome City Tour
Full Day visiting Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Novana, The Forum, Colosseum, and Monti Bohemian Quarter.
Enjoy some of the most famous sites of the Eternal City on this full day 8 hour tour. The church of Trinita die Monti, overlooking the Spanish Steps and the luxury shopping area of Rome, passing by the beautiful fountain of the Barcaccia. Trevi Fountain, the most beautiful and the iconic fountain of Rome. A quick look at the church of St. Ignatius, and then, the Pantehon, one of the world’s truly unique constructions. Finally Piazza Navona, the most Roman of all the Roman squares: originally a Roman stadium embellished in Renaissance times with spectacular fountains and churches.
Icon of Rome and symbol of the Imperial Rome, is the Flavian Amphitheater, known as the Colosseum. It is the most famous and the largest Roman amphitheaters in the world, where gladiators and fierce animals challenged each other until death, for the entertainment of Emperors and the cheering crowds. Next to it is the real heart of the Roman Empire, the Roman Forum with the most important temples and the Senate House. Finally, experience Monti the central Rome’s secret urban village and one of the city’s most charming, old, residential quarters. once this was suburbia – a crowded inner-city district nestled right up against the Ancient roman Empire’s center of power. Today, Monti retains a bohemian edge, and has become one of Rome’s most rewarding areas for alternative fashion, gourmet street food and an alfresco café culture.

Vatican City Experience
Half Day – Vatican Museums, Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s Basilica, and Lunch
The symbol of Christianity, the Basilica of St. Peter, is also one of the most important displays of great masterpieces by the most famous artists of the times. You’ll enjoy the incredible Pieta by a very young Michelangelo and the imposing and impressive Altar by Gian Lorenzo Bernini. In addition, the lower level of the Basilica, hosts the Tombs of most of the Popes who reigned in the Vatican over the centuries. Then you will experience the Vatican Museums which hold one of the richest art collections in the world, having been gathered by many art loving Popes. It is amazing to walk through centuries of the best art expression in the world, ending with Michelangelo’s most famous creation inside the Sistine Chapel. Once you’ve completed your time inside Vatican City, you’ll end your day with a delicious Roman lunch at Costanza Hostaria. This restaurant is an exclusive historic venue located near the Teatro di Pompeo in Rome. The quality of the preparations, combined with the goodness of the ingredients used, has allowed this establishment to become one of the main Roman cuisine restaurants in the center of the capital.

Pasta Making and Wine Tasting at Santa Benedetta Winery*
Full day activity at Santa Benedetta Winery: Pasta making, wine tasting, and meal
Cantine Santa Benedetta is the oldest winery of the Castelli Romani, with vineyards lying on the gentle slopes overlooking Rome. Since more than 300 years, from father to son, techniques, secrets, emotions, and memories related to food, wine, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil, have been handed down, so that nothing is lost. A hands-on pasta making class, in an old farm with strong tradition, to learn the basics of the Italian cuisine and the typical Ciambelline al Vino from this area. A fun and pleasant experience, accompanied with fabulous food and great wines!
*Depending on group size and venue requirements an alternative experience will be The Roman Wine Hills, Pasta Making and Wine Tasting – A beautiful drive to the cool and pleasant Alban Hills, to discover the main and most famous villages that gave fame to this lovely and important area. Highlights include Grottaferrata and Marino towns as well as the summer papal residence Castel Gandolfo, which is situated next to the beautiful lake of Albano. You’ll enjoy a stroll through Castel Grandolfo and lunch, pasta making and wine tasting at Pagnanelli.
