Bucket List Events (BLE) is a Texas-based LLC. This entity will be referred to in these Terms and Conditions as BLE. BLE is a leading provider of tour & experience packages and is not affiliated with any of the sports or entertainment properties, the sports and entertainment events themselves or any of the event venues. We are an independent sports and entertainment tour operator that specializes in providing sports and entertainment travel packages to high demand events worldwide. Any use of trademarked terms on any pages of our website is used solely for descriptive purposes. I understand the Terms and Conditions set forth.

Purchase Policy

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By purchasing a travel package, ticket, add-on to a package, or placing a deposit towards a purchase, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted the below terms and conditions. Purchases are non-exchangeable and non-refundable and will follow the set cancellation policy.

1. Prices

1.1 All rates are in U.S. dollars and are not guaranteed until booked. Prices are always subject to change.

1.2 All Clients accept that prices on packages as well as tickets and hotels are marked up and may be more than face value and are subject to change prior to booking. 

1.3 Travel package prices are quoted per person, based on occupancy.  Unless otherwise stated, pricing is advertised as double occupancy meaning two persons sharing a double room. Single, Triple and Quad occupancy options may be available and additional surcharges may apply.

2. Exchange Rate

For payments made in currency other than USD, the bank exchange rate for the date of payment is used and nominal banking fees incurred.  All payments will be converted into USD.

3. Package Inclusions

Package inclusions are complementary unless otherwise noted and purchased separately. If any member of the group misses a meal, tour or excursion, happy hour, party, transfer, special event, or other inclusion, BLE is not responsible. If you do not utilize these complimentary inclusions or any other part of your purchased package, BLE is not responsible for providing a refund. Tour Package may include accommodations, breakfast, special events, tours and excursions, transfers, tickets to events, a project manager and on-site hospitality team, or any other inclusion

4. Package Exclusions

Unless noted, packages do not include meals, items of personal nature including drinks and other incidental charges, transportation, travel or accident or baggage insurance and any item not specifically listed as included. Packages do not include airfare, nor do they all include event tickets (unless noted in your package). 

5. Accommodations

5.1 While BLE strives to partner with hotels with similar standards to those in the United States, please be aware that each country has its own hotel standards, which may be beyond the control of BLE. In less developed countries, the surroundings may not be comparable to Western Standard rooms, and hotel amenities may be fewer (for example, there might not be extra amenities such as a hair dryer). In other countries, rooms often tend to be smaller, and a double/queen sized bed may be two twin beds pushed together. If an extra bed is added to accommodate the number of guests this extra bed might be a cot or rollaway bed.

5.2 BLE reserves the right to substitute accommodations of similar or higher quality for any program.

6. Check-in/Check-out and incidentals

Hotels require that you supply your credit card information at check-in for ancillary charges. BLE pays for room and tax but is not responsible for incidentals that guests incur. Check-out times are strictly enforced by the hotels, especially during high demand events. You are required to check-out no later than the required check-out time assigned by each hotel. You understand that If you fail to check-out by the hotel’s check out time, that this will result in an additional charge for an extra night and/or your personal belongings may be removed from your room without notice.  Typically, the hotels will hold your luggage complimentary upon check in and check out if needed.   If there is a charge to check luggage, it will be the responsibility of the guest.

7. Tickets

All ticket purchases from BLE are final, and there can be no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase has been made. 

8. Disabled Program Participants

Any disability requiring special attention must be reported to BLE at the time of booking. BLE will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the needs of disabled participants but is not responsible for denial of service by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other suppliers. Motor coaches are not equipped with wheelchair ramps. We cannot give individual assistance for walking, dining, getting on/off transportation vehicles, or other needs. A qualified companion must accompany program participants needing assistance.

9. Booking Terms & Payment Plans

9.1 Booking & Payment Plans: For balances not paid in full at the time of booking, a deposit plus a payment plan will be required.  Payment plans require a minimum $250 deposit per person at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be split into monthly, interest-free payments with the final balance due 90 days prior to the event date (unless otherwise stated for any event).  All payment plans must remain active and in good standing until balances are paid in full.  BLE reserves the right to cancel any booking that has a payment plan that is more than 30 days past due.  No refunds will be given for past due cancellations.  

9.2 Booking Conditions:  BLE offers event tickets and travel packages with a variety of travel services including, but not limited to, tickets, accommodations, transportation services, meals, excursions, special event access, trip planning, and on ground support.  BLE vendors and suppliers to fulfill the travel package components, and in some cases, and due to a variety of reasons, there are delays, rescheduled events, and other unforeseen circumstances causing changes to package components.  The customer acknowledges that BLE cannot be held financially liable for such circumstances and changes.  If deemed necessary, BLE reserves the right to change the booked lodging/hotel to a lodging/hotel of similar quality and value.  The customer assumes complete and full responsibility for all required travel documents, including passport, visas, entry or exit fees, and vaccinations and is solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incomplete or defective documentation.  Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended and is the responsibility of the customer.  With regards to event tickets, no responsibility is accepted by BLE or its agents in respect to opening acts, substitution of performers, athletes, or teams, relocation of seats by the event promoter, security, camera crews, or other agents at the venue. BLE is in no way officially affiliated with the official box offices or associated agents, event organizers and sponsors, or the participating teams, organizations, venues, or associations.

9.3 A Book with Confidence Policy is included with every purchase.  If the event or experience you are booking a ticket or package for is cancelled or rescheduled, the value of your ticket/package/booking is protected.  If the event is rescheduled, your original tickets/package/booking will be automatically honored for the new date(s) and or time(s).  If the event is cancelled, then the value of your purchase will be moved to the following year (if applicable) or a 100% future ticket/travel credit may be requested for future use with BLE.  No refunds will be given for rescheduled or cancelled events.

10. Cancellations

10.1 Travel package cancellations by customer – The following cancellation penalties apply if a booking is cancelled: (1) More than 90 days prior to the event date: 25% cancellation fee based on monies paid.  You will receive a 75% refund of monies paid.  (2). Within 90 days of the event date: No cancellations allowed.  No refunds will be given for any reason.  All sales are final.

10.2 You accept that all money paid to the BLE will be forfeited if cancelled within 90 days of the event date, and that you will not make claims to payment already submitted in the event of your cancellation.  Under no circumstances will refunds and/or cancellations be accepted after the cancellation deadline dates. At that time, ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED.

10.3 Any refunds will be issued on the calendar month after the closing of the event, unless otherwise noted by a BLE representative.

10.4 Athletes’ Friends and Family Guarantee Cancellation: Since 2004, we have worked very closely with Friends and Family of Athletes competing in the Summer and/or Winter Games. We understand National Teams are chosen closer to the start of the Games last minute travel plans can be hard to secure. You can book now with Bucket List Events to take advantage of low pricing and availability and you can have the peace of mind that you will be able to cancel if for some reason your athlete doesn’t make the team. You will receive a full refund minus an 10% administrative fee if you need to cancel for that reason. Refunds will be issued the month after the closing of the event.

10.5 Force Majeure -­­ No party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity, and no other party will have a right to terminate this agreement in such circumstances. You (the purchaser) will be refunded your payments minus administrative and handling expenses, which shall not exceed 25% of the total fee of the travel package.

11. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements

11.1 Passports -­­ A valid passport is required for international travel. For United States passport holders, your passport should be valid six months after the return to the U.S. It is your responsibility to have proper documents before entering any country.

11.2 Visa – In some cases, countries require a VISA to enter into/travel through their country. BLE does not assist with obtaining VISA Documents. All travelers should review the visa requirements for their country or path of travel. For consultation, please call a Visa service company directly. We have partnered with CIBT, an international service provider for Visas and Passports. You may contact CIBT directly, at 800-577-2428 or by visiting http://cibtvisas.com/.  It is your responsibility to have proper visa documents before entering the country.

11.3 Vaccinations – Some cities, states, and countries have vaccination requirements as part of their entry requirements and some events, venues, and establishments will have vaccination requirements for participants and/or spectators.  It is your responsibility to be able to prove that you have the proper and up-to-date vaccinations required and BLE is not financially responsible if your lack of vaccinations affects your travel package or plans.  No refunds will be given after cancellation deadlines for any reason.

12. Trip and Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included with your purchase and BLE recommends that you purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your travel investment against the unexpected. 13. Risks

13.1 You are responsible for your own property, and you will not hold BLE responsible for any losses or damages.

13.2 To the extent permitted by the law, you release BLE (including their directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, agents and volunteers) from any liability for any damage, loss, liability or injury you may suffer in relation to your participation in the Tour or Travel Package. You accept responsibility for your own actions.

13.3 You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety and for the safety of any children accompanying you. You understand that host cities and foreign countries may be unfamiliar to you, so we encourage you to be always careful.

13.4 You agree to compensate BLE for any damage, loss, liability or injury BLE or anyone else may suffer as a result of your willful, reckless or negligent acts or omissions at a venue.

14. General

14.1 BLE may choose not to enforce some of the above mentioned terms in some cases. That does not mean

that BLE is prevented from enforcing some or all of them as it sees fit.

14.2 BLE is not affiliated with any official box office that would be considered an official sponsor. BLE is

one of the world’s most trusted independent agencies specializing in providing opportunities to experience global cultural and sporting events.

14.3 If any of the remaining terms cannot be enforced, the remaining terms will survive.

14.4 You recognize that by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and/or by purchasing one of our travel

packages or additional service you are signing a binding contract.

14.5 By purchasing and participating in this Tour or Travel Package you are hereby giving BLE the right to

use your photos/likeliness in the promotion and advertising of future TOUR packages. BLE must request

the specific right to use your name.

14.6 Program Participation: BLE reserves the right to accept or reject any person as a program participant

and to expel anyone whose conduct is deemed inappropriate.

14.7 BLE reserves the right to cancel any package or extension in this program, in which case all monies

received by BLE from program participants shall be refunded in full within 30 days. BLE’s liability is limited

to refunds of payments received.

15. Protection of Personal Data

BLE binds itself to keep all personal data of applicants confidential. Applicants’ personal details will

be processed only by BLE and our participating bank(s).

15.1 Personal Information – BLE will not collect any personal information (PI) unless you provide it to us

voluntarily. You will be asked to provide PI if you wish to use certain pages of our site, indicatively but not

limited to the pages described below.
