If you are coming to Augusta for the Masters, then you will need a place to stay.  Augusta is the second largest city in Georgia, but finding lodging in Augusta can be a challenge, especially during the Masters when availability is scarce and prices are high.  Luckily, we can help you narrow down your choice of Augusta lodging.

Choose to stay at the Perrin Guest House (Limited availability and sells out quickly), one of our local hotels, or take part in a local tradition and stay in a private home during your time in Augusta.

Whatever you decide, we look forward to welcoming you to Augusta.

Perrin Guest House

Things to know about the Perrin House:

Perrin Guest House Bed & Breakfast
Our top choice for accommodations in Augusta, The Perrin House is available exclusively to our Perrin Signature Packages guests.

Built in 1863 in the midst of the Civil War, Perrin House served as the main residence for a cotton plantation.  The plantation’s original tract eventually became the Augusta National, home of The Masters, while the three remaining acres still recall that bygone era. The Perrin Home and adjacent Guest House have wrap-around porches and rocking chairs to relax among the pine trees, azaleas, dogwoods, and magnolias. The rooms are quite large and furnished with antiques. There are only 12 bedrooms on property, so it sells out very quickly.

For over 20 years, the team at Bucket List Events has been entertaining their guests at the Perrin House, a historic Augusta property located approximately one mile from Augusta National Golf Club.

Perrin Signature Packages guests enjoy other perks, including: daily continental breakfast, evening cocktail hours, complimentary course shuttles, and access to a courtesy shuttle for dinner reservations through our concierge service.

Highlights:
– Conveniently located approximately 1 mi. from Augusta National.
– Up to three guests per room – one bed in most rooms with one rollaway option.
– Experience southern charm at its finest when you stay at this property.

Just wanted to thank you for your help in making such a memorable trip for my dad, uncle, and myself this week.   We had an absolute blast.  Everything from housing, hospitality, and transportation was top-notch.  Know how hard everyone was working to take care of people and can not imagine the logistics of pulling that off, but you all did it, and it was superb.

Thank you for making this happen for us.  Trip of a lifetime with special memories.
