NYC Thanksgiving Day Parade
- Itinerary -

Day One
Welcome to New York City
With three convenient airports serving New York City, you may fly into JFK, LGA (LaGuardia) or EWR (Newark). After a short drive you’ll be in the city in no time. We recommend arriving before 1:00pm in order to join us for our first evening. Upon arrival, you will get the chance to settle in and explore the surrounding area. Make plans to meet our team and learn about the itinerary and logistics for the following days. This evening is also the perfect time to take in the Balloon Inflation Celebration. Every Thanksgiving eve, people gather to watch their favorite balloons come to life. Our on-site staff will guide you over to the celebration where you will have the entire afternoon to wander the streets and get a rare glimpse of what you’ll see marching down the parade route toward you the following morning. This is not to be missed. Later, join us back at your hotel for welcome drinks! The remainder of the evening is spent at your leisure. Maybe you want to grab dinner on the Upper East Side, stroll through Times Square, or catch a late show. Enjoy your night in NYC and we will see you early tomorrow morning.

Day Two
Happy Thanksgiving – It’s Parade Time!
Wake to the sounds of the city on one of the most anticipated days of the year. It’s parade day! On your first morning in the city, we will gather in the lobby of your hotel at 7:00am to walk to the VIP Parade Brunch and viewing space. We recommend dressing appropriately for the weather conditions and wearing comfortable shoes. Upon our arrival, you will have a guaranteed seat indoors with a dedicated area outdoors to view the parade. A gourmet breakfast, brunch, and lunch will be continually served and your choice of beverages will be offered throughout the morning. Enjoy the next several hours creating memories with your family. You are finally seeing this parade, which you have been watching on TV for years, march right in front of you. The smiles are almost guaranteed. At 11:30am the parade and brunch come to an end. We recommend exploring Central Park or nearby areas as you wish. Maybe take a nap and rest up because we will meet back in the lobby of your hotel to walk over to Radio City Music Hall. We have arranged for our guests to attend the Christmas Spectacular starring the world famous Radio City Rockettes. You will enjoy orchestra seats and leave full of holiday spirit. Your evening can be spent on your own. It’s been a long day, so maybe you want to get an early night sleep at your luxurious hotel or maybe it’s time for a slice of NYC pizza. Whatever you decide, remember it’s the city that never sleeps, so your options are endless.

Day Three
Experience NYC and a Broadway Show
Wake up smiling after you realized that yesterday you checked an item or two off your bucket list and knowing that today, you get to experience one of the greatest cities in the world. There is no rush today because you get to experience NYC at your leisure. Soak in the views from the top of the Rock or Empire State Building. Visit one of the amazing museums in town. Take a stroll through Central Park or wander through one of the unique neighborhoods of Manhattan like SoHo, Chinatown, Chelsea, or the West Village. Take a boat cruise around the island or enjoy one of the many bus tours giving you a wonderful overview of the city. Discover the history of the financial district while you visit the seaport and enjoy the views of Brooklyn Bridge and the Statue of Liberty. Stop by the emotional site of the 9/11 Memorial and Museum. Whatever you decide to do on your free day in the city, you can’t go wrong. It is truly one of those places where you can discover something new around every corner. After your day exploring, get ready to experience the one and only Broadway! Tonight you’ll attend the show of your choice. Whether it’s the newest show on Broadway, a timeless classic, or the biggest hit, you’ll enjoy the magic of Broadway. We recommend an early dinner around 5:00 pm. Many restaurants in the theater district offer a pre-show menu that is designed to get you to the show in time. This day is what you make it, so enjoy every minute of being in this city. We are certain that you will.
