We’re a small company with big dreams. Based in Austin, Texas, Bucket List Events was founded by avid sports fans and global travelers who wanted to build a company from the ground up just to make sure we could attend the world’s most exciting events every year. But our mission isn’t about us—we are in the business of bringing together family, friends, and like-minded travelers to make memories that last a lifetime and, of course, check things off your bucket list! We strive to provide affordable access for our clients to the most epic experiences in the world. And to do it all with that extra kick of local knowledge you can’t get anywhere else. It’s a big job, but someone’s gotta do it.

If there were 10 stars, Bucket List Events would receive them from me. Wimbledon went beyond my expectations. The Renshaw (elite restaurant within Wimbledon) was everything and more that I had hoped for. Rich went above and beyond what he had to do in order to secure these competitive, very sought-after reservations. And, HE DID IT!! I'm still lost in the reverie of my Bucket List experience at Wimbledon. Before you leave this earth, you need to go. It's not just the tennis. It's the EVERYTHING!!! Thank you SO much. It was a trip of a lifetime.
Thank you to Connor for overseeing an excellent weekend in Washington DC attending the Army-Navy football game! Connor was an excellent host who provided additional facts and details about the city, the game and other BLE experiences. The accommodations and travel were excellent and we were lucky enough to receive upgraded seating just prior to the game. We will definitely look to BLE for future travel experiences.
Perfect Down to Every Detail! Bucket List Events is the way to go for your once in a lifetime vacation experience! You can mold your experience to your preferences and then let Bucket List take it from there! We used them for our Oktoberfest 2025 vacation and added on Salzburg, Austria. We were able to enjoy large and small tent events and there was plenty planned to take in the city and Bavaria. What we loved the most is there was always a back up plan in place in case weather or unforeseen circumstances came up. All the guides were amazing, full of info and, loads of laughs. I highly recommend Bucket List Events for your next adventure.
"I had the best time in Nashville with Bucket List Events for the CMA Awards! The experiences leading up to the CMA's were so enjoyable and fun. The walking food tour was fabulous and the cocktail social with the other guests was time well spent. The hotel Bucket List Events put us up at was so nice and perfectly located just off Broadway. It took me 68 years to live a childhood dream of watching the NYC Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in person. Bucket List Events made this dream come true. The communication with Bucket Events is immediate, professional in a very friendly and understanding manner. There were tears of joy too many times as we actually were seeing the huge turkey open the parade to the finale of Santa arriving with his reindeers. It was just enough and this allowed us plenty of time to explore the city on our own. We will definitely look at other tours they offer.
