Flights between cities are included in packages D, E, F, and G. Baggage Fees are additional. All seating is economy seating. All flights are non-refundable and the package cancellation terms do not apply.

Game Day Transportation – All hotels are located within easy travel of the stadiums. No organized group travel to the stadiums are provided – you are free to head to the stadium as early or as late as you wish.

What’s Not Included?

Airfare is not included unless otherwise stated between host cities – we recommend planning your international airfare early. Our team will be in each city to greet you at the hotels upon your arrival.
Travel Insurance is not included — We recommend that you look into travel insurance for the unexpected happenings in life. For more information about travel insurance, please visit our travel insurance page.

What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed due to Covid or any other reason?

If the World Cup is cancelled or postponed due to Covid or any other reason, your travel funds are protected thanks the Bucket List Events Book With Confidence Policy that is included in your travel package. It states “If the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup is cancelled, your travel funds are protected. A 100% travel credit will be applied to your account to use on any other BLE experience. If the event is delayed or rescheduled your package will roll to the new dates. We protect your funds and refunds will not be given for cancelled or postponed events. What is the difference between category one and two seating?

Tickets are offered by category with category one seating being referred to as the “best seating options.” Category one seating is then followed by category two and then three. Our travel packages give you the option to enjoy the matches in either category one or category two seating options.

What is the Host City Tour Experience?

During your time in each host city, we will offer you the ability to experience the Host City. There will be excursions offered which are included complimentary in your package, as well as, other experiences that will require a surcharge. When will the Pre-Game Parties be held?

The night before game day, you will be invited to a pre-game party in each host city of the following day’s match. Details TBA, but join us for food, drinks, and fun evening.

Can I buy additional match tickets or plan additional tours?

Yes, you will have the opportunity to work with our team to secure additional match tickets after the draw. If additional tours are announced, you will have the opportunity to book those tours during the spring of 2023. View the match schedule, here.

Booking Options & Terms

Bookings & Payment Plans: For balances not paid in full at the time of booking, a deposit plus a payment plan will be required. Payment plans require a minimum $250 deposit per person at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be split into monthly, interest-free payments with the final balance due 90 days prior to the event date. All payment plans must remain active and in good standing until balances are paid in full. MyBucketListEvents reserves the right to cancel any booking that has a payment plan that is more than 30 days past due. No refunds will be given for past due cancellations.

Booking Conditions: MyBucketListEvents offers event tickets and travel packages with a variety of travel services including, but not limited to, tickets, accommodations, transportation services, meals, excursions, special event access, trip planning, and on ground support. MyBucketListEvents works with many vendors and suppliers to fulfill the travel package components, and in some cases, and due to a variety of reasons, there are delays, rescheduled events, and other unforeseen circumstances causing changes to package components. The customer acknowledges that MyBucketListEvents cannot be held financially liable for such circumstances and changes. If deemed necessary, MyBucketListEvents reserves the right to change the booked lodging/hotel to a lodging/hotel of similar quality and value. The customer assumes complete and full responsibility for all required travel documents, including passport, visas, entry or exit fees, and vaccinations and is solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incomplete or defective documentation. Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended and is the responsibility of the customer.
