Had a fantastic Oktoberfest. Both hotels are easy walking distance to everything. Staff were all very friendly and fun to be with. Kerk was a special treat and acted as a great host.

Our experience with Bucket List Events could not have been better! Everything from the transfer to/from the airport, hotel accommodations, excursions, getting to the Octoberfest tents and our table reservations went flawless. We had a group of 10 traveling together and everyone thought they did a fantastic job and we all had a once in a lifetime experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone wanting to attend Octoberfest! I hope to book another future Bucket List event in the future.

This review is long overdue. My husband and I have had the fortunate blessing of being able to go on so many adventures. I cannot speak highly enough about our Bucket List Events tour guides For Oktoberfest, Sarah was our lead guide who was the most delightfully kind and warm person I've had the pleasure of getting a tour from. She kept a close eye on us during the festivities to ensure our time was life changing but thwarting any bad actors who might jeopardize our time. Her partner in crime was equally fantastic and their collaboration together gave us all an amazing time. What sets this company apart from any other experience I ever had was I accidentally left my phone in Munich. Sarah was starting a new tour adventure in Berlin and actually met up with me to bring me my phone when we traveled there as part of our next destination. This company, and Sarah in particular, are the dream tour experience and I'm thankful every day that I stumbled across their website. ❤️

I had the most wonderful time at Oktoberfest in Munich with the Bucke List group. They made this one of the most memorable vacations I have ever had. It was a great way to celebrate my 75th Birthday. Our events were well planned, food wonderful and hotel very nice. It was "all" so, so great.

I was traveling solo, but felt safe and well looked after. The Bucket List is a terrific and experienced company, and I recommend them highly for those looking for a great time at a special event...such as Oktoberfest!!

Without any prior knowledge of Bucket List Events, we booked to go to Oktoberfest with them in 2022. The process was so easy and affordable, it almost seemed too good to be true. Happily, it was not. The team is super communicative and provides you tons of great information for the locale you are heading to before you go. They also make sure to set up transfers from and to the airport as well as your lodging. The hotel we stayed in was just around the corner from Oktoberfest and provided us easy access to the rest of Munich as well.

The events are all planned out for you, they give you a time to show up and where to be and then they walk you through the gates to the tents. This is THE way to experience international travel for a specific event. They do all the hard work of booking a great hotel, booking the events, and booking your transfers. Make sure to book the longest possible stay you can so that you have time to get out on your own and explore too.

I highly recommend the BLE team for any event they are running. I am definitely looking to go back with them again and again.

Possible to give more than 5 ⭐️s???!! I can’t say enough great things about our experience with the Bucket List Events team and our time at the San Fermin festival. From the initial outreach to the warm goodbyes and personal messages thanking us within days of us leaving, every detail and task was well thought out as well as thoughtful. We received plenty of detailed information leading up to our arrival, and lots of personal goodies once we checked-in. I personally found the tour to be way better than expected. The team gave us so much history and info on the city of Pamplona, the festival and the course. So glad we flew in on two wheels to make it the night before our run! Regardless of thoughts on the bull run and bull fights, the traditions of the festival are felt each day and night, and I enjoyed seeing the town come to life to celebrate. We will definitely be back with the help of Bucket List Events!

We had a fabulous trip. I missed my flight to Munich and Toby assured me my travel partner would be able to check into the hotel without me. Smooth sailing. I had a a ton of questions leading into and during the trip. Toby was always quick to reply and have excellent service. Our beer tent reservations were simple and a great time. Our third reich tour was great and Jules was extremely knowledgeable of German history. Overall a 5* trip. Would highly recommend and love to do this event again.

Location of the hotel, which was a short walk to both the train station and Oktoberfest. The best part was the staff, they were knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating, and great fun to be with! Ein Prosit!

We used Bucket List Events to attend Octoberfest in Munich and extended your trip to Salzburg, Austria to take the Sound of Music Tour. Their team was great! Reserved a hotel in easy walking distance and they escorted us each night from the hotel to the Octoberfest and back. Quick and efficient access into the Octoberfest Tents and ensured everyone had fun! They were very knowledgeable on Munich and provided guidance on other local sites and restaurants in walking distance. With the Salzburg trip, they selected a hotel in easy walking distance to attend our bus tour and walking tour of Salzburg.

The Bucket List staff were so supportive and helpful they turned our vacation into a trip of a lifetime. The Small Tent and Large Tent Octoberest events were awesome experiences and the tour guides made everything run smoothly throughout the entire evening.

Toby & his team of guides did a wonderful job of keeping us informed throughout the entire experience. Guiding a crew of 30 people through over 200,000 festival attendees to seat us at our reserved tables in the Paulaner tent is no easy task, & they did a great job. They provided a fun experience & helped us translate to our waiters which was very helpful.

Wow, what an adventure!! Bucket list is a top notch company!! We had a group of 10 the Fiddy group and had 2 nights in Salzburg and 4 in Munich. Every detail was handled flawlessly, travel plans, hotels, tours , beer tents were just amazing! The tour guides and Oktoberfest handlers were the best of the best, they ensured we had a great time with everything we did!! Dara, Hannah Carolyn, the dream team all just amazing!! Kept us all going with amazing tips, tricks and information!! There were more people but had lots of beer, sorry i don’t remember everyone. Just an epic adventure and Toby and Connor kudos for running an amazing company!! We will be back for another adventure!!

Traveled to Oktoberfest 2024 with Bucket List Events and it was a fantastic experience. Truly a wonderful balance between trip infrastructure and solo time to do as we wanted. The tours they provided both in Salzburg and Munich area were interesting, informative, and fun and the guides utilized for the tours were really awesome. The guides that hosted us at the various tents at Oktoberfest were wonderful!! They were solicitous, fun, and kept everything and everyone organized. It was of great comfort to have the guidance of Connor during our travels to ensure everything went smoothly. We received great value for the cost paid. Highly recommend utilizing Bucket List Events! We definitely will in the future for another trip we are eyeing. The whole Oktoberfest experience went way above our expectations. We chose the tour because we wanted to ensure we had reservations to the tents. The itinerary that was set for us worked out great and touched on a little bit of everything: small tent, big tent during the day, and a Saturday night big tent. Everything was just the right amount of excitement for us . The local guides were super knowledgeable and helpful, definitely made navigating the festival much easier. And each of our different guides gave us tips and tricks to make the rest of our time in Munich more enjoyable. The hotel accommodations were fantastic, an easy walk to the fairgrounds and a very nice hotel. The four days that we spent flowed so smoothly. We'll definitely be coming back to Oktobest with Bucket List Events, 11/10.

Our trip to Oktoberfest this year was such an experience! We had a group of 14 and Bucket List set up a couple of day tours for us as well so we were able to see so much more. Visiting Dachau and Newschwanstein Castle just added to the whole trip. Our guides were very knowledgeable and fun. Connor was very helpful throughout our time there and we would definitely use them again!

These guys did a great job coordinating our 2023 Oktoberfest experience! Everything ran smoothly - loved the excursions to the castle and Munich. Hosts were attentive and fun to hang out with! Looking forward to using them again for our next adventure!

We had an amazing experience on our Octoberfest tour to Munich with Bucket List! The entire process was incredibly smooth, thanks to the excellent service provided by the team. Toby efficiently managed all our accommodations and transfers, ensuring everything was hassle-free. Our time at the first tent with Sarah and Ciaran was a blast; they were not only fun but also made sure everyone safely reached the tents and back. In the larger tent, Annie was a delightful presence, ensuring we not only had a great time but also capturing memorable moments with her photography skills. The thoughtful gesture of providing Octoberfest-themed t-shirts and mugs added a special touch to our experience. Our bike tour guide was fantastic, making the excursion enjoyable. The only suggestion I would offer is to consider allowing some time for participants to refresh after the bike tour, as it ran longer than expected, creating a slight time crunch to reach the tents. Overall, a fantastic trip made memorable by the Bucket List team's professionalism and attention to detail!

I can’t recommend Bucket List enough. Not only do they make all of your arrangements for you, with plenty of excursions and adventures to choose from, and not only to they expertly guide you from experience to experience, but they all seem to be genuinely having a great time doing it. I had a last minute trip to Munich during Octoberfest and a friend referred me to Toby to see If I could get me access/seats to a tent for Octoberfest last minute. Toby was awesome, he get us set-up with a tent for 2 nights with Natalia and Mike as our hosts ( who were also amazing hosts) and we have the best time ever. The 4-star hotel location was perfect, just in between the festival grounds and the train station. Just the ticket to get the reserved seat was worth it but the guides pushed it over the top for a memorable experience. Both Ryan and Nataliya were extremely knowledgeable and just fun people in general. They helped navigate, explain the different etiquette and have great personalities, the exact type of people you like to share a beer with. Bucket List events made me look great to my in-laws and I couldn’t recommend them more for family or events with friends. I will be looking to use them in the future for other bucket list type of events as they have earned my trust I will get a good value from any expense from them.

We loved our Oktoberfest experience with Bucket List Events. The proximity of the hotel to the fairgrounds was awesome. Ciaran and Sarah were the perfect hosts for the large and small tent evenings and so fun to talk to. Following Ciaran’s “swan hand” through the fairgrounds to the tents was memorable and the best way to get us through the thousands of partiers. They were very attentive and made sure our service was top notch. We also enjoyed the city bike tour. The arrangements made for that by Bucket List were seamless. Where do I start? It was the most AMAZING trip we have ever been on. Bucket List Events is a class act in every way; don't hesitate to book, do it. We were lucky enough to experience Oktoberfest in Munich and then fly to Rome to watch the Ryder Cup. Both were top-notch. In advance of the trip to Oktoberfest, Toby is in contact to make sure everything goes smoothly and for a memorable trip. The itinerary provided was our Bible for the week. The time and thought put into this is impressive. Everything is outlined down to a picture of where your ride will pick you up at the airport! I can't get rid of it either; it's a token. Everything about Bucket List Events is top notch! During planning, they are very responsive. I loved being able to make monthly payments for the trip. The actual event - Oktoberfest - was my husband's bucket list item - Toby and the team did not disappoint. We were guided to the tents from out hotel where we had immediate entry - no waiting around. Once in the tents, the service was fantastic and the Bucket List crew were ever present making sure we were all having a great time. We have a few other bucket list items and if they're offered through Bucket List Events, we'll definitely use them again!

Our group had an awesome time Saturday and Sunday at the 2019 Munich Oktoberfest! Nataliya went out of her way to greet us when we arrived at the train station to make sure we got to our hotel without problem. Not an easy task with 6 people plus luggage! Both Nataliya and Rich, along with all the other guides, were very attentive at our fest events. I couldn't have felt more safe! I would definitely recommend Bucket List Events to others!

Toby and his staff were incredible. We have everything arranged for us from airport pick-up's, great hotel where you walk outside and there was the Oktoberfest parade. The hotel location was key for us and being only 2 blocks from the festivities was great and the hotel was wonderful too. We had a lovely day touring 3 castles privately and our tour guide, Nico was amazing too. The trip was fantastic and Toby and bucket-list did a phenomenal job. Thank you for helping us create great memories.

OMG! I have been raving about Bucket List since I got back from my Oktoberfest trip! It was the best vacay of My Life! I will be using Bucket List again to go to Spain to Run with the bulls! The staff, the accommodations, well worth it. I believe I saved money doing my Oktoberfest trip with them.

Just got back from Oktoberfest 2018, and our 1st trip with Bucket List Events. The entire trip was a blast, the organizers were a great help and a ton of fun, and there was no shortage of things to do without feeling rushed or bored. Between the tent reservations, the bike tours, and the awesome crew, I can definitely say there's no way we could've packed in such a great time on our own.

Just one example of the amazing hospitality: Our flight arrived in Munich a little late for the welcome dinner, and we were half expecting to not be able to make it... however Fatima was waiting at our hotel to meet us and walk us to Augustiner-Keller to join up with everyone else for an incredible dinner & beer we easily could've missed out on otherwise.
