When the packages are announced, anyone having placed a $500 early bird deposit will have 48 hours to choose your package and ticket category before they go on sale to the general public.

Booking Options & Terms
Bookings & Payment Plans: For balances not paid in full at the time of booking, a deposit plus a payment plan will be required. Payment plans require a minimum $250 deposit per person at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be split into monthly, interest-free payments with the final balance due 90 days prior to the event date. All payment plans must remain active and in good standing until balances are paid in full. MyBucketListEvents reserves the right to cancel any booking that has a payment plan that is more than 30 days past due. No refunds will be given for past due cancellations.
Booking Conditions: MyBucketListEvents offers event tickets and travel packages with a variety of travel services including, but not limited to, tickets, accommodations, transportation services, meals, excursions, special event access, trip planning, and on ground support. MyBucketListEvents works with many vendors and suppliers to fulfill the travel package components, and in some cases, and due to a variety of reasons, there are delays, rescheduled events, and other unforeseen circumstances causing changes to package components. The customer acknowledges that MyBucketListEvents cannot be held financially liable for such circumstances and changes. If deemed necessary, MyBucketListEvents reserves the right to change the booked lodging/hotel to a lodging/hotel of similar quality and value.The customer assumes complete and full responsibility for all required travel documents, including passport, visas, entry or exit fees, and vaccinations and is solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incomplete or defective documentation. Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended and is the responsibility of the customer. With regards to event tickets, no responsibility is accepted by MyBucketListEvents or its agents in respect to opening acts, substitution of performers, athletes, or teams, relocation of seats by the event promoter, security, camera crews, or other agents at the venue. MyBucketListEvents is in no way officially affiliated with the official box offices or associated agents, event organizers and sponsors, or the participating teams, organizations, venues or associations.
Book with Confidence Policy included with every package: If the World Cup is cancelled or postponed, the value of your package is protected and will be automatically applied to the new dates or to the following year, based on your preference. Rich and his team made our experience for the Champions League Final in Madrid the best ever. From the hotel in the midst of the festivities, the tour of the city, and most of all tickets to the final - all was done with professionalism, attention to detail, and thoughtfulness. Rich with bucket list events was beyond helpful, organized, friendly, and professional. The World Cup has been a dream of mine since I was a child. Rich helped out so much and made it feel like a home away from home. Incredible trip and experience! Had an awesome time in Qatar for group stage for World Cup 2022! Thanks to Rich and his team for securing us an awesome hotel in downtown Doha near all the action.
We were having trouble scoring good seats for the WWC so for the first time when going for International soccer we used a travel agency. Completely satisfied with Bucket Lists. We spent 12 great days with Rich and our group in NZ. Hotels excellent. Communication easy. Rich was a great team leader. Fun, energetic. Organized happy hours, trips to fan fests and American Outlaws, helped with transportation. Really liked the vouchers we got for excursions. Seats for each game always close to, if not on the half-way line and never too high. Certainly will consider them for other big events
Bucket List was gracious and gave us options when the Japan Olympics was closed to foreigners. We decided to defer to the Women's World Cup. BLE was with us all the way during our pivot to the new event. Even though we were a smaller group Rich B. gave us the full BLE experience. We had a fantastic time, the seats were great and the hotel selection was spot on. Lots of great memories of New Zealand and Australia. Thanks Bucket List!
We attended the 2023 Women's World Cup in Australia and New Zealand with Bucket List Events and the experience was beyond phenomenal. Quality planning and execution by Rich Beard and team throughout. They took all the stress away from the logistics of attending a complicated, multi-location event (securing lodging, planning travel, acquiring tickets, etc) and made it possible for us to just enjoy our experience. Our seats for every match were phenomenal, our hotels were high quality, and the variety and quality of excursions in each city exceeded all expectations. We cannot wait to attend our next event with the Bucket List team. I don't have the words to express how amazing this organization is and how critical they were to making our attendance of the Women's World Cup truly a bucket list experience. When we started looking into attending we were a little leery of the cost of working through a planner. I can 100% confirm it was worth every single penny, and I know we would not have had the same joyous experience had we not worked with the Bucket List Events team. If you're on the fence about doing an event through them, take a page from Phil Knight's book and Just Do It!! You will be extremely happy with your decision.
Brian and Rich are Masters of their craft! Our World Cup trip to Qatar was met with the highest regard to trip details and follow up. This was not my first experience with them and will not be my last! Ryder Cup 2023 Rome, here we come!
The World Cup in Qatar made it to my bucket list and Rich and his Bucket List group made it a fantastic experience. Notwithstanding all of the pressure I put them under to get me tickets at the last minute to more matches, the response and performance was excellent. Highly recommend.
This was my first World Cup and It was an amazing experience. When I was looking for a travel agency Bucket List Events was the only one the actually answered the phone and gave detail information about the world cup and the different packages. Since it was my first time I was very nervous about the transaction but I decided to trust them. Rich delivered everything that he promised and went beyond since we needed an extra night in Doha and he was able to find us a hotel. I recommend BLE 100% to everyone who is looking to get access to this kind of world events. Thank you Rich once again!! You were awesome.
I think the World Cup tour organization was extremely good and I got more benefits than I expected. I just wish had stayed in Brazil longer! The tour staff was terrific. Thanks for a wonderful time.
