All packages are three or four nights and include one or two sessions on Centre Court. You may choose to add nights or sessions of Tennis to your package to create the experience that is right for you. Pricing is determined based on which session of Tennis you choose to attend.

Please Note– Pricing is quoted per person and based on minimum double occupancy (two people per room). Maximum Occupancy is four people. Final pricing will be determined based on which session of Tennis you wish to attend.

What’s Not Included in my Package?
- Airfare is not included – Feel free to travel to London on any airline that is most convenient to you – we recommend planning your airfare early. Our team will be in London to greet you upon your arrival.
- Airport transfers are not included – Please discuss with our team if you would like our assistance in arranging you a private transfer.
- Travel Insurance is not included — We recommend that you look into travel insurance for the unexpected happenings in life. For more information about travel insurance, please visit our travel insurance page
Can I attend multiple days of the Wimbledon Championships?
- Your package includes one or two magical days of Tennis. You may add additional days during your stay and as your time allows. Our team is happy to discuss any additional days, availability, and pricing.
Can I purchase 3 or more seats together?
- Your double occupancy package includes seats guaranteed in pairs. Seats of three or more are possible, however there is a surcharge applied to your order. Please contact our team if you are needing more than two seats guaranteed together.
What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed due to Covid or any other reason?
- If the Wimbledon Championships are cancelled or postponed due to Covid or any other reason, your travel funds are protected thanks the Bucket List Events Book With Confidence Policy that is included in your travel package. It states “If the 2024 Wimbledon Championships is cancelled, your travel funds are protected. A 100% travel credit will be applied to your account to use on any other BLE experience. If the event is delayed or rescheduled your package will roll to the new dates. Refunds will not be given for cancelled or postponed events. Don’t wait, our space fills up quickly. When do I choose my West End show that is included in my package?
- In May, our team will contact you about scheduling your West End show to work around your package schedule. Choose a show that you’ve been wanting to see or let our team make recommendations.
I have never been to Wimbledon. What should I expect?
- You are in for a treat! This event is truly magical. We recommend reading our Things to Know section which should help anyone attending Wimbledon for the first time. Feel free to reach out to our team at any time.
SAMPLE ITINERARY
Day One: Welcome to London!
- Welcome to London — If you are arriving to London via London Heathrow or London Gatwick, you may travel to central London via train, tube, or private vehicle (taxi or uber). Discuss with our team if you would like to arrange a private car service.
Day Two: Experience the Wimbledon Championships
- Breakfast — Start your morning with a hot breakfast served at the hotel. Our team will be on-site to assist with any questions you may have before heading to Wimbledon.
- Traveling to/from the tournament — You’ll receive a local transportation card (Oyster Card) to use during your stay. This will give you unlimited rides as you travel around London. One of the quickest and most convenient ways to travel to and from the tournament is via public transportation. Your hotel is conveniently located on a London Tube station which gives you a direct route to and from the tournament. Feel free to travel on your own or if you’d feel more comfortable traveling with our team, we will have one escort time for those interested. There is a short walk from the London Tube station, so please wear comfortable shoes for the day. At the end of the day you can return to your hotel on your own via the London Tube.
- Wimbledon Tickets & Lounge Access — Travel Packages include a guaranteed Center Court Debenture Ticket with access to the exclusive Debenture Lounge. You’ll also enjoy access to courts 3-18. Enjoy your day as you witness history in the making and one of sports biggest events!
Day Three: Discover London & Experience a West End Show
- Breakfast — Start your morning with a hot breakfast served at the hotel. Our team will be on-site to assist with any questions you may have before heading out to explore London.
- London Sight-Seeing — Today, you will receive a one day sight seeing pass that gives you entry access to over 80 destinations in and around London. You’ll be able to experience London the way you want to. Discover the rich history of the Tower of London. Explore London’s famous zoo. See the city from the water with a cruise down the Thames. Hit the Royal hotspots scattered throughout the city. Your options are basically endless — take a look at possible attractions, here… It’s all included!
- West End Show — Tonight you’ll experience London’s famous West End? Choose a show from a popular list including Wicked, Come from Away, Phantom, Les Miserable, &Juliet, Tina, or Dear Evan Hansen, to name a few. You can’t go wrong on the West End. We recommend heading out early and enjoying a pre-theater dinner at one of the many area restaurants in central London.
Day Four: Free Day in London
- Breakfast — Start your morning with a hot breakfast served at the hotel. Our team will be on-site to assist with any questions you may have before checking out and continuing your journey.
- Departure — Safe Travels.
BOOKING OPTIONS & TERMS
Bookings & Payment Plans: For balances not paid in full at the time of booking, a deposit plus a payment plan will be required. Payment plans require a minimum $250 deposit per person at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be split into monthly, interest-free payments with the final balance due 90 days prior to the event date. All payment plans must remain active and in good standing until balances are paid in full. MyBucketListEvents reserves the right to cancel any booking that has a payment plan that is more than 30 days past due. No refunds will be given for past due cancellations.

My wife and I recently attended Wimbledon as our true “bucket list event” and the experience was everything we could have hoped for. The rainy weather was not made to order but it didn’t dampen our day at the courts. Our tickets at Centre Court were fantastic with an unbelievable view of the court (and the Royal Box). The access to the restaurants, bar, and bag/coat check accompanying our debenture tickets were a welcomed benefit on this rainy day. The hotel was centrally located to the West End and many other famous London landmarks and the accommodations were first class. Rich from BLE met us at our hotel with a goodie bag before our day at Wimbledon and even walked us to the train stop. I highly recommend Bucket List Events for your next “bucket list” trip.
If there were 10 stars, Bucket List Events would receive them from me. Wimbledon went beyond my expectations. The seats at The Lion King were “off the charts”!!! It was such a spectacular experience. The Renshaw (elite restaurant within Wimbledon) was everything and more that I had hoped for. Rich went above and beyond what he had to do in order to secure these competitive, very sought-after reservations. And, HE DID IT!! The weather didn’t cooperate (rain, wind, temperatures in the 50s) but my experience went beyond the rain, wind and chilly temperatures. It was PHENOMENAL!! I'm still lost in the reverie of my Bucket List experience at Wimbledon. Before you leave this earth, you need to go. It's not just the tennis. It's the EVERYTHING!!! I have cruised First-class on the Queen Mary 2, sailed to Alaska and have been to Paris; however THIS trip was truly AMAZING!!! Thank you SO much. It was a trip of a lifetime.
