Booking Process

Booking your LA experience has never been easier and more flexible. All packages can be reserved with a $250 deposit per person, which is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is split into equal interest free monthly payments giving you the ability to pay over time and budget accordingly. Of course your balance can be paid in full at any time. All balances are due in full no later than April 1, 2028.

If you wish to book with one of our team members, we are available to assist you. We will send you the appropriate paperwork to fill out and return to us to confirm your booking.

Book with Confidence Policy included with every package: If the Olympics is cancelled, your travel funds are protected. A 100% travel credit will be applied to your account to use on any other BLE experience. If the event is delayed or rescheduled your package will roll to the new dates.
