What’s Not Included?

• Airfare is not included – Feel free to travel to Germany on any airline that is most convenient to you – we recommend planning your airfare early.
• Travel Insurance is not included — We recommend that you look into travel insurance for the unexpected happenings in life. For more information about travel insurance, please visit our travel insurance page.

What Happens If “My Team” doesn’t qualify

• If your team doesn’t qualify, you may request a full refund minus 10% processing fee no later than December 1, 2023.  Packages are limited, so plan early and reserve your space.

When can I choose my matches?

• You will be given the opportunity to choose your matches included in your package when you book your package.  The Draw is scheduled to take place on December 2, 2023 and a complete schedule for the group stage will be released at that time.

Can I buy additional match tickets or plan additional tours?

• Yes, you will have the opportunity to work with our team to secure additional match tickets after the draw.  If additional tours are announced, you will have the opportunity to book those tours during the spring of 2024.

What happens if the event is cancelled or postponed?

• If the Euro Cup is cancelled or postponed, your travel funds are protected thanks the Bucket List Events Book With Confidence Policy that is included in your travel package.  It states “If the 2024 Euro Cup is cancelled, your travel funds are protected.  A 100% travel credit will be applied to your account to use on any other BLE experience.  If the event is delayed or rescheduled your package will roll to the new dates.   Refunds will not be given for cancelled or postponed events.  Don’t wait, our space fills up quickly.  Book today with confidence.”  Please review our booking terms below.

Booking Options & Terms

Bookings & Payment Plans: For balances not paid in full at the time of booking, a deposit plus a payment plan will be required.  Payment plans require a minimum $250 deposit per person at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be split into monthly, interest-free payments with the final balance due 90 days prior to the event date.  All payment plans must remain active and in good standing until balances are paid in full.  MyBucketListEvents reserves the right to cancel any booking that has a payment plan that is more than 30 days past due.  No refunds will be given for past due cancellations.  

Booking Conditions:  MyBucketListEvents offers event tickets and travel packages with a variety of travel services including, but not limited to, tickets, accommodations, transportation services, meals, excursions, special event access, trip planning, and on ground support.  MyBucketListEvents works with many vendors and suppliers to fulfill the travel package components, and in some cases, and due to a variety of reasons, there are delays, rescheduled events, and other unforeseen circumstances causing changes to package components.  The customer acknowledges that MyBucketListEvents cannot be held financially liable for such circumstances and changes.  If deemed necessary, MyBucketListEvents reserves the right to change the booked lodging/hotel to a lodging/hotel of similar quality and value.  The customer assumes complete and full responsibility for all required travel documents, including passport, visas, entry or exit fees, and vaccinations and is solely responsible for any adverse consequences resulting from incomplete or defective documentation.  Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended and is the responsibility of the customer.  With regards to event tickets, no responsibility is accepted by MyBucketListEvents or its agents in respect to opening acts, substitution of performers, athletes, or teams, relocation of seats by the event promoter, security, camera crews, or other agents at the venue. MyBucketListEvents is in no way officially affiliated with the official box offices or associated agents, event organizers and sponsors, or the participating teams, organizations, venues or associations.
